In the past output the investigation administration of
investigation committee with the procuratorship of the Russian
Federation for Kalmykii excited criminal case for the fact of
preparation to the illegal sale of narcotic drugs in the large size,
perfected by the colleague OF UVD at g. to elista, they reported in
the procuratorship Of kalmykii.
In the course of the dosledstvennoy checking it is established
that militiaman, being located in the steppe capital it illegally
acquired for purposes of sale narcotic drug - marijuana in the
quantity more than 20 grams it stored with itself for the purpose of
sale.
However, the criminal design, directed toward the illegal sale
of narcotic drug, not was brought to completion by it on the
circumstances independent of it, since during the same day it was
delayed by the colleagues OF UFSB RF on RK.
The actions of the colleague of the police are qualified
according to the article of criminal code "preparation to the illegal
sale of narcotic drugs in the large size".
At present are conducted the investigation actions, directed
toward the explanation of all circumstances of crime.
