The procuratorship of republic carry ouied checking the
observance of legislation about the assignment to the young families
of subsidies to the acquisition of dwelling within the framework of
the realization of subprogram the "guarantee with the dwelling of the
young families" of federal special-purpose program "dwelling" during
the years 2002-2010, they reported in the procuratorship Of kalmykii.
It is established that by the organ of the local self-guidance
of October region not soblyudalis' the periods of the examination of
statements to the participation in the subprogram. The solutions
about the acknowledgement or the refusal of young family by a
participant in the program were not received, about the solution
accepted young families in writing were not informed within the
established period.
The lists of young families - participants in the subprogram,
with the organ of local self-guidance were not formed and in proper
time they were not represented into the agency in the matters of young
people and sport RK.
Besides this were revealed another number of disturbances,
including absence in the private affairs of the young families of
documents about the presence in them of the incomes or of other cash
resources, sufficient for the payment to the calculated cost of
dwelling.
Analogous disturbances are revealed both by the attorneys Of the
maloderbetovskeyeo, Yustinskeyeo, Yashkul'skeyeo, Priyutnenskeyeo,
Ketchenerovskeyeo, new regions of republic and by the procuratorship
g. of elista.
For purposes of the elimination of the revealed disturbances the
attorneys of the enumerated regions and elista in the address of the
chapters of district municipal formations and mayor of the capital
introduced ideas.
