The investigation administration of investigation
committee with the procuratorship RF for Kalmykii excited criminal
case in the attitude of the chapter Of the idzhilskogo rural municipal
formation of the republic Of kalmykiya, reports the procuratorship Of
kalmykii.
It is established that on the instruction of chapter SMO during
October 2006 were dismantled 500 it was meter the metal tubes of the
heating main, which passes on ul. By northern p. of idzhil of
the October region Of kalmykii and consisting on the balance of rural
municipal formation. It realized the dismantled pipes in
Volgograd as the scrap of ferrous metal for the sum of 64 thousand
rubles, which it spent on its own needs.
Thus, the head of the organ of local self-guidance completed the
actions, which clearly fall outside the limits of its authorities and
which entailed the essential disturbance of those guarded by the law
of the interests of society and state.
By the procuratorship of republic the decision about the
criminal complaint is acknowledged legal and substantiated.
