The first deputy attorney of republic affirmed the
accusatory conclusion in the criminal case in the attitude of the
inhabitant g. of elista, for whom is produced the charge with the
article of criminal code "obtaining of bribe", reports the press-
service of the procuratorship Of kalmykii.
"it is established that that accused, the held post of the
deputy division head of supervision after the protection, by
reproduction and by the use of hunting animals of the administration
of the Federal Service for veterinary and fitosanitarnomu supervision
on Kalmykii, during October 2007 obtained bribe in the size of 26.500
rubles", it is said in the communication of procuratorship.
In the opinion of consequence, accused obtained bribe, promising
in this case not to undertake in the attitude of the local commercial
organization of any measures of limiting, preventive and preventive
nature, entering its official authorities.
The at present this criminal case is directed to the Elista city
court for the examination actually.
