In the national museum Of kalmykii in the elista was
opened the exhibition, dedicated to the 75- anniversary of people
artist Russia Kim Ol'dayeva.
As reported to agency "the Interfaks- south" the director of
museum Yevgeny Matvenov, on the exhibition for the first time
represented the works Of ol'dayeva, dedicated to the military valor of
Kalmik woman people, which were written by artist in recent years of
life.
"being already heavy to patients, Kim Mengenovich nevertheless
finished the works, dedicated to the military past of the Kalmyk,
indeed he wanted our contemporaries to be remembered and would be
proud by their renowned ancestors, they thought about the return to
the sources", it said Matvenov.
According to him, on the exhibition are represented the
portraits of the heroes of patriotic war 1812-1814, the battled in the
composition Kalmik woman Cossack regimental, the associate of Peter I,
Russian Admiral Denis Kalmykova, and also the historical fabric, which
depicts the encounter of the Ahki- khan, who headed the 20- thousandth
Kalmik woman cavalry, and Peter THE I before the Persian march Russian
army.
In all on the exhibition is exposed more than 70 picturesque and
graphic work of artist, which were being stored in the museum fund,
and also presented by the family of Kim Ol'dayeva, the director of
museum emphasized.
