Proposal about the transfer of the monument Of
"dzhangar" entered from the divisions of architecture and municipal
services of city hall at the working conference on 18 April. Let
us recall, at present sculptor a.Mironov's monument is established in
1 city block of elista. As they reported to us in the press-
service of city hall, the area in front of the building of the theater
of young spectator in the same city block of city will be the new
location of architectural construction. The preparation for
design documentation for the transfer at present occurs. There
are no as yet official statements in regard to this. Let us
recall, monument to the hero of people epos - To dzhangaru was
established in 1998. 3- meter sculpture is established on the 7-
meter pedestal. Monument is the personification of the firmness
of the spirit of Kalmik woman people.
